Mouse Wheel in Sync with Scroll Bar
I’m just wondering why we can keep scrolling down the mouse wheel even when the scroll bar stops moving. I don’t know exactly how I would feel when using it, but how about a mouse like that?

Good idea, but what if we need the wheel for another use (like cmd+wheel to change the text size ?) 😉

For another purpose, the lock is released. For example, during the time the command key is pushed, you can freely scroll up and down.

The idea is nice but an idea should pose some kind of utility!! What’s the use of that idea? Sorry I really really can’t get it….
